Beach Gardens is a boutique hotel part of North Beach Village Resort. We are located in a prime area of Fort Lauderdale Beach, making us a suitable choice for your next trip to South Florida. Our hotel offers nine different room types from studios to suites. Whether your time with us is long-term or short-term, we accommodate it all.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am (EST). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Extra fees may apply.

From Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport

  1. Take exit 10 US-1 North, follow US-1 to SE 17th Street East.
  2. Pass over the bridge and follow the northbound curve onto Seabreeze Boulevard.
  3. Continue north to Riomar Street.
  4. Turn left on Rio Mar Street and travel west to Orton Avenue.
  5. Turn right on Orton Avenue and Beach Gardens will be on the left.

From Miami International Airport

  1. Take the Turnpike or I-95 South to Sunrise Boulevard East.
  2. Follow Sunrise Boulevard traveling east.
  3. Pass the Galleria Mall and the bridge.
  4. Turn right onto Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard (also called A1A).
  5. Travel south on Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard to Terramar Street.
  6. Turn right on Terramar Street and travel west to Orton Avenue.
  7. Turn Left on Orton Avenue and Beach Gardens will be on the right.

Driving from the North

  1. Take exit to I-95 North until you reach Sunrise Boulevard exit in Fort Lauderdale.
  2. Take Sunrise Boulevard East. Pass the Galleria Mall and the bridge.
  3. Turn right onto Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard (also called A1A).
  4. Travel south on Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard to Terramar Street.
  5. Turn right on Terramar Street and travel west to Orton Avenue.
  6. Turn Left on Orton Avenue and Beach Gardens will be on the right.
